How to choose
When was the last professional clean?
That question is more accurate than how dirty the house looks.

The home is being maintained — a deep reset is not needed.
One to three months ago

Standard volume is usually enough.
More than three months, or never

Build-up in the oven, grout, baseboards, and under furniture that a maintenance visit does not reach.
Moving in or moving out

Renovation or construction just finished
Post-construction
Construction dust needs several passes and will not come up with a regular clean.

Standard cleaning
The main visit for homes cleaned every 1–2 weeks, or monthly.
What we do
Maintenance dusting, kitchens and baths, microwave interior, mirrors and glass, bed making, stairs, vacuuming and mopping.
What we don't
Oven and refrigerator interiors (add-ons), cabinet interiors, full baseboard and door wiping, dust above eye level, and under furniture.
About 2–3 hours for an apartment, 2.5–4 hours for a house.

What we never do on any visit
Safety, insurance, and licensing — not unwillingness. Tell us ahead of time if something on this list applies; we will send you to the right specialist.
Biohazards
Blood, feces, or aftermath of an incident. We will point you to a licensed remediation company.
Mold over 1 m² or hidden mold
Needs a mold specialist — not a residential cleaning visit.
Active pests
Bed bugs, cockroaches, or rodents. We return after treatment.
Asbestos, lead, or hazmat
Outside our license and insurance.
Debris, old furniture, and bulk haul
Construction debris and junk removal are separate from cleaning.
Exterior windows above the second story
Higher glass needs a quoted access plan.
Work above two stepladder rungs
High ceilings, chandeliers, and attic zones are out of reach.
Furniture over 15 kg (about 33 lb)
We shift light pieces. Heavy furniture stays in place.
Full wall or ceiling washing
We spot-wipe marks and fingerprints. Whole-surface washing is not in any visit.
Carpet or upholstery extraction
A separate service with different equipment.
Pets, plants, and aquariums
We do not feed, walk, or treat living things as part of a clean. Home Watch can water indoor plants if requested.
Unlabeled client chemicals
Workplace rules: we only use products with a factory label.
Extreme hoarding
If the home is unsafe for the crew, we pause and help you plan the right next step.
